Need help with vacation plans...
I'm looking to possibly surprise DH with a trip, maybe for next Feb (his b-day) which will give me some time to save $$.
I wnat to go somewhere warm and he's always wanted to go to a place with beautiful, clear waters. He's really not done any traveling other than to Florida.
Can you guys recommend somewhere, not too expensive, where we can just relax and soak in some sun? Links to places you would recommend would be awesome if you have them.

what about a Sandals resort??? Everything's all inclusive so it's not too bad on the wallet. We went to Ocho Rios and loved it!!

Stacy, what about the place I'm going on my honeymoon?? It's totally reasonable in price. Check out the website. Obviously, I will let you know how it is after next week, but it looks great to me! Or how about Puerto Rico?

it all depends on how much you want to spend, but I think Mexico is very reasonable especially the mayan riviera. If you have any questions, I will be happy to help.

My DH and I love Mexico! We went to Royal Hideaway in the Riviera Maya for our HM and LOVED it!
Last Feb we went to Cancun with another couple and had a great time - we stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa - this one would be better if you plan to bring your kids.
*There are 3 Fiesta Americanas in Cancun - we stayed at the Condesa.

I've stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun also, and loved it. It was VERY reasonably priced and it was beautiful. Great recommendation! I also recommend the Marriott in Bermuda (although Bermuda can get pricey) and St. Lucia.
