starting prenatal yoga...can I start now?
is it too late to start some light simple excercising?

It is never too late. I wish i could have stuck with yoga and the gym throughout my entire PG. It really does help you and the baby feel better and healthy.

GO FOR IT!!!! I did it with my first pregnancy and I LOVED it.
I wish I had the time to do more exercise this time around but with a daughter who is a teething monster its a bit hard

If not there are some DVD's that you can do at home!!!
I may resort to that myself b/c at least I can do it when she falls asleep at night.

I bought a prenatal yoga DVD by Crunch Workout called "Yoga Mama"... i like it alot... and i go once a week to a yoga center for prenatal also...go for it!

When did you girls start doing prenatal yoga? I am 18 weeks ad wasn't sure if was too early/late. I have been excersicing everyday, but would like to do something along these lines as well.
