Charm Bracelets-do you wear one? what charms do you have?

I just started wearing one with a couple new charms but a bunch of ones I had sitting in a jewelry box. I never got around to wearing them on a chain but I absolutely adore them on the bracelet.

All my charms have meaning to me:

sun - my father used to call me "Sunshine"
dice - engaged in Vegas
house - I love my house and decorating it
flip flop - love sandals
cup and saucer - coffee and tea drinker
sunglasses - they are always on my head
butterfly - from when I was a child
beach chair and umbrella - we go the the beach all the time
surfer - DH surfs
lighthouse - we go to Montauk all the time (surfing/seeing family) since I was a kid

i dont have one, but i loveeee them. my bday is next month, and i am going to hint for one from dh. your charms sound so cute.

My niece and nephew got me one for Christmas this year. So far, I only have an Irish flag and AUNT written in a heart.

Yes, I have one. I haven't worn it in a while because there is a charm that is too big and needs to be taken off. Off the top of my head, here are the charms that I have on there (that I can remember):

enamel Fish -- I just thought it was really cute
cross -- first piece of jewelry my grandpa ever gave my grandma
Eye Glasses
Elephant
Heart
"I love to Shop" shopping bag
S initial
green peridot stone

I can't remember the rest.

Mich, I will take pics and post over the weekend. I got the bracelet from QVC and some of the charms I had from when I was a kid, but QVC has really great charms. Also, in the jewelry district you can get some cute charms.

I have one, with no charms on it yet!



I DID pick out a charm though - it's a diamond heart, and I'm getting it for my birthday!

My bracelet is a toggle style one with the heart tag (kinda like the Tiffany one). I got most of the charms as gifts but you can find them at jewelry stores or there are some great websites out there...even eBay! I don't have pics of mine and the camera isn't charged!

I had one that I loved and had a lot of meaning, but it got stolen

Now I am working on a new one and slowly adding charms. I have started buying charms when we go on vacation and trips. So far I have one from the trip DH and I took right after we were engaged (New Orleans) , and from our honeymoon (Aruba), a ring that I put on there when we got engaged, and a few that I received as gifts.

I like getting them as souveniers - I remember the trip and I don't have a bunch of clutter in the house

I have a gold one loaded wih charm, 3d ones only..they are much nice, imo but I dont wear it because the charms seem to catch on everything I wear....
