I have been having a major craving for brie, so when I went food shopping today I was reading all of the labels. I bought one that is made from pastuerized cheese and it's made in PA. That's ok, right?

I think so. I learned that most feta here (of course not the one my mother gets from the Greek store) is pasturized, and okay to eat.
