Questions about feeding a 14 month old...

*Is it too early for a toddler fork? (She loves to feed herself with a spoon but some things just fall off)
*Can I give her lettuce? (I figure she would like it cause she always wants to eat paper-thought it might be similar texture)
*How many meals are you serving each day (we have 3 meals and 2 snacks plus nursing....I feel like all I do is feed her all day long)
*How big are your main meals?
*What's your toddlers favorite meal?
*How small are you cutting food up and are you giving any big chunks of food for them to hold and feed themselves. (ex. Sidney always wants to hold a plum or pear and eat it herself - it makes me really nervous)

Julia will be 14 months on the 7th.

She doesnt hold a fork, but she does use a spoon once in a while, she rather use her hands which is fine with me.

She eats 3 big meals a day and 2 small snacks.

Breakfast I make her eggs and cheese and whole wheat toast w/ a sippy of milk.

Lunch she gets mac and cheese (her favorite) or I will give her meatballs, Grilled chicken, whole wheat pasta, cold cuts (turkey or ham), Its different each day. (Sippy of Juice).

Dinner she just eats what I make. Julia doesn't have a problem eating at all , big appetite! (Sippy of milk).

Snacks I give her yogurt, or puff wheels, cheerios, etc......

How many cheerios and puffs does she eat? I have to hide these items because sidney would eat them all day if she could.
