What's for Dinner - I am making that famous LIF chicken tonight
Sorry, this should be on recipes but I figured its like a "What's for dinner" thread too. I did a search and couldn't find the recipe - so I did my best from what I remember.
The recipe has parmasean cheese breading chicken strips... and to make it stick it called for mayo and sour cream?
It is so good, just curious if anyone has made it or if they could link me to the recipe that my searches failed to find.

I"m making lamb chops w/the recipie that MrsPorkChop posted on the recipie board. I don't like them but the man does and I feel ike being nice today

Here's that chicken recipe:
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
1/2 cup of Mayo
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4n cup of Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
Combine Mayo & Cheese. Spread on chicken then roll chicken in bread crumbs to cover them in it. Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.

I had to try out my new crock pot, so I made Belgian Beef, and OMG, it was delicious! The meat just fell apart.

I had a wendy's burger. Big exciting dinner, eh?
I wish I had done super suppers or something like that last week so I could just heat things up now that I'm back and forth between the hospital so much this week. I don't have time to cook!
