Clomid Question?

I started the clomid process..I took it on days 3-7 then I was scheduled for a sonogram on day 13..well that showed that they were very small.they were measuring at 8. I went back on day 15 and they measured at 9 now my doctor just called and wants me back on Monday which will be day 18. My question is can you ovualte that late on clomid? I am new to all of this and sorry if I am not using the right lingo..I am just so confused

Yes you can ovulate late...the dose of clomid you took probably wasn't high enough...however you could be oing. Just be patient and see what happens, they have to reach about 18mm and then if you don't surge, you can be given a hcg trigger shot.

It sounds like you probably should have been given clomid days 5-9 instead. Some people, have a slow start, they don't O on their own and the 5-9 protocol works better.
