Wow, we've owned our dvd player for a MONTH AND A HALF...today it stops working. We call up customer service and end up fighting with them. One guy even said "I'm sorry sir, but I didn't personally MAKE the unit"...no duh! And if outsourcing didn't bother me before, it certainly bothers me now. Chat Icon
