I saw something sickening this morning
I opened up my Staten Island Advance to see a 1 year old little boy in a diaper sitting outside his window on an air conditioner. His Mother was working and left his 18 year old brother to watch him and another 10 year old child. He left to cash his check and the baby crawled out. The picture, the baby looks calm, but it made me nauseous. Thankfully neighbors saw him and called 911 and stood under the window with a blanket stretched out under him in case he fell.
They arrested his brother.
