Weight Gain
When you figure out how much weight you have gained, is it from your "ideal weight" or what you actually weighed when you went to the doc the first time or something else? I had gained a bit of weight just before I got pregnant so I don't really know how much I actually gained. If I figure it out from my "ideal" weight, I gained closer to 40 - 45 pounds. If it is from the first appointment, I only gained about 30 - 35 pounds. I know it won't be easy but after I deliver, I aspire to lose ALL the preggo weight plus what I had gained before.

Re: Weight Gain
I was 130 when I got pregnant, though my ideal weight is 120-125. I have every intention of getting there after the baby- and I'm about 165 right now (almost 33 weeks)

Re: Weight Gain
My doctor told me that is goes by your very first appointment. I had asked the same question my last visit.
