Any dinner ideas?
Im having a couple of friends over tonight just to hang, but I offered to cook something up. Any suggestions on what kind of dinner I can serve that doesnt have meat? We cant order pizza

How about snack foods. I have a good baked clam dip, a hot taco dip. You could make cheese quesidillas. Chips and dip. Crab cakes. Blackened Tuna over Ceasar salad, one of my favs. I am assuming no meat because its Friday but fish would be ok. I have a good recipe for Pasta with white clam sauce. I make a penne pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and asparagus that is good and fast.
Love this Recipe from Epicurious, you could omit the chicken.

Penne a la Vodka without meat...add mushrooms to give it a little more texture and flavor. It's easy to make too.

Cooking is my passion, I would be happy to cook for anyone. Its all DH and I do all weekend, probably why my jeans are all so tight If you want any of the recipes, let me know I would be happy to FM them to you.
