Coffee Drinkers...
i have a question.
do you find that if you miss a day or two with your cup of joe, that you get serious headaches???? 
i didn't have my usualy cup today, and i've had a migraine ALL day!!!!!!

i dont drink coffe... but i have that with Soda. if i dont drink it all day, i get a horrible migraine. can we say, Caffeince addiction?

It S U C K S to go through that withdrawal.. i am so addicted to coffee I get the exact same headaches if I miss my AM cup(s)

Yes definitely. Although it doesn't happen to me anymore since I don't drink it as often anymore. Now I get really jittery when I do drink it.

No- I must be weird because I don't notice any symptoms on the rare times that I miss a day. Maybe I am so hooked that I have a reserve supply? I know I did Atkins and also didn't have the sugar withdrawl that people complained of either, and I quit caffiene (for a little while) that same day.
But I have definitely heard more than one person complain about withdrawl. It is a drug, after all.

You could try mixing decaf and caf and cutting down that way. I know my thing is more psychological- I NEED that Dunkin Donuts cup in my hand if I have any hope of making it through homeroom!

same here! (well w/ soda anyway). i drink (2) 2 ltrs a day of diet coke.
keeps me going all day though

I am the opposite. I don't drink caffenated drinks so when I do have one...then I get headaches too.
