Moms due in early June...

what are you doing to prepare for the baby (besides washing clothes, bedding, and cleaning the house)? I feel like I should be doing more.

I have been cleaning everything, including the baby stuff. I packed my bag.

I heard that it is a good idea to make different pans of food to freeze because we probably wont feel like cooking right away. I haven't started this yet.

We're also just trying to go out places and have fun with eachother before everyhing changes.

My bag is packed and ready to go, and the freezer is stocked.
Do we pick out birth announcements ahead of time, and fill them in after the arrival (we already know we're having a boy)?

I didnt pack my bag yet! Id better get on that.

All of her clothes and bedding are washed. all of her new things (glider,swing.bouncy chair) are built - car seats are installed and have been checked.

I wam going to start stocking the freezer this weekend.

good question about the birth announcements. not sure...lets see what others say...

I feel like I haven't done much to prepare

but I'm hoping to change that. I packed my bag last night, and I'm washing clothes and sheets today. I want to make up the crib and organize the changing table, closet and dresser (shouldn't take long since we don't have that many clothes yet)

We picked the general design idea for announcements, but we aren't making them until after the baby is born (don't know if its a boy or girl).

I want to install the car seat this weekend, but that may or may not happen...

I thought about making some food to freeze but I may leave feeding us to the grandmas
