Update on Bella ( my cat, Got blood work back)
Turns out she has hyper Thyroid disease.
Her thyroid levels were 3x the normal level and she had slightly elevated Liver enzemes and something else I never heard of, but the vet thinks its related to the thyroid. And he think the poor health might been have causing the Urinary infections..
SOOO...She has to take meds for this Twice a day for the REST of her life 
Another vet appointment for more blood work in two weeks to see how shes responding to the meds and then checked every 6 months.
( Does anyone know of a bank I might Rob to pay for all this?)
Im gonna look into Pet insurance to see if i can get it even though its pre-exisiting.
At least we are getting some answers!

 My Cat had the same thing - and she did fine on the pills - My stepfather even had a pill box for her and would put the pills in 'am' and 'pm' every sunday night 
I hope she reacts well to the medication!

good luck. My parents dog had this too. I think the medicine comes in generic form so it should be cheaper.
PS-I am still working on the bank thing too
