i am 19 weeks today and...
people keep telling me that i am supposed to be feeling great... I have not had Morning sickness at all. Today, i really am not feeling great. My stomach is just feeling crampy and feels kind of pressure like... not really sure about what i feel. My quesiton is, how is everyone else feeling or felt around 19 weeks? did you have this burst of energy? thank you for everything

i'm one week ahead of you and feel like a weeble wobble who can't sleep 
i did get some energy back post 1st trimester, but do i feel fantastic? nope!

Around 18-19 weeks, I felt the same as you, very crampy, pressure, just yicky for about a week. I was assured it was growing pains! The baby starts to have a growth spurt during that time.
I didn't get my energy back until just a couple weeks ago (I am almost 25 weeks now) and it still doesn't last that long. I am out cold by 10:30 everynight.

I have felt that pressure for about the last 2 weeks (I'm @ 20wks now), and when I asked my dr about it, she said that it's completely normal. Apparently, it's your uterus expanding.
As for the energy, after the MS stopped, I regained pretty much all my energy back. I feel like I normally do pre-pg, with some exceptions here & there (i.e. loss of breath, uncomfortable to bend down, etc).

I am 18 wks, and while i feel like I have energy, I am very crampy, as well. My belly is stretching like crazy and when I sneeze I get like charlie horses in my stomach and abs. And I am not sleeping at all. I was up every half hour last night. I am convinced this little bugger in me is up all night! i haven't felt him/her move yet, but somethign tells me I am feeling it in my sleep and that's what is keeping me up.

Just be grateful that you feel great. Everone is different. I am 21 weeks and I feel fabulous. I haven't been sick in two months and my energy level is up. We are the lucky ones!

I don't think I felt great at all during my PG. Even in the 2nd trimester I was still tired. I guess its different for everyone.

I am 20 weeks and I feel great. I don't even feel PG I am so happy because the first 3 1/2 months were torture

I am in my 20th week and I dont feel so great. I have had a good pregnancy so far in the sense that I never had MS or anything. But, I have had very low energy throughout the pregnancy so far. I fall asleep so much earlier than I ever did and find that by mid day I have no energy to do anything. I am also very crampy - when I sneeze or cough I feel charlie horse type pains in my abs. Guess its all that stretching going on! Im just glad Im 1/2 way through. :)
