Ceiling Light fixtures
Looking for a good place to buy Ceiling Light fixtures, other than Lowes, home depot or Ace. Anyone know where we can get a light for our hallway downstairs and one for upstairs inexpensive?

there are places to go on the Bowery in the city-- I would look into it-- it's where you will get a deal.

We went to Sunset Lighting in Selden - found a few fixtures we liked, then went online and found them fo much less.

I've ordered from Bellacor. The have a great selection, and I found them to be less expensive than the local stores.

I ordered mose of my fixtures on line from Lighting Showplace or Lampsplus, and went to Republic on Merrick Rd in Bellmore

I ordered a few from Lamps plus with no problems. Quick delivery from what I remember (it was 2 years ago.)

I know the web site looks like it can be improved, but they have some great prices. For example, for out foyer, we got this chandalier:

It was over $1000 in stores. However, I got it from them for $625 - free shipping and no tax. I called to ensure they had it in stock before ordering. I sort of needed it quick since we had a newly constructed home.
