WW Ladies- Core or Flex?
I am thinking about switching to the core plan. Don't know if I should try to stick it out a little longer on the Flex.
Advice? Suggestions? Thanks.

I did flex for the first 6 weeks, and I kind of hit a plateau. So, today i started core. So far so good. Let me know if you want some ideas of what to eat. I have a friend doing it so she has been really h elpful with meal ideas. I am hoping core will jump start me! Good luck! :)
