I am very scared, I am getting a biophysical sono tomorrow...**updated**
I am so nervous. If I score low they might have to take the baby. I am only 32 weeks. I have been trying not to think about the test but now I am getting so nervous.
Has anyone ever gone for this test before?
Updated: The tests went great. he is right on target and is doing very well. My pressure was higher then ever so I have to go back to the Dr. every week for a stress test. I am perm out of work until the baby is born. If my pressure does not get under control with bedrest then I will deliver as early as 37 weeks because that is the only way to "cure" toxemia.

is this to see how big the baby is?
If it is, I had it 4 weeks before because my daughter was measuring small.
no worries though, she was a small baby. 6 pounds , 9 inches.

A biophyiscal profile is a sonogram that measures 4 things: movement, breathing, tone and amniotic fluid level. So a perfect score would be 8/8. Sometimes they add a nonstress test bringing the score up to 10/10 if all checks out well. This test is pretty routine come the end of one's pregnancy especially if you go past your due date or are considered high risk. Did they say why they were doing one?
