What convertible carseat do you have and do you like it.
Kevin's just about outgrown his infant seat so we are looking for a convertible. I hear the Britax are good.

I just got the Britax Marathon yesterday. Can't really rate it yet but it's so much bigger than I expected but it does seem very sturdy!

We have the Evenflo Triumph. It was rated just as high as the Britax by Consumer Reports for safety, but was a lot cheaper. We couldn't afford the Britax.

I have a Britax Marathon for my car and as a backup the Evenflo Titan 5 in DH's car. They both rate high on the safty tests, but the Britax is definitley worth the extra $$$ if you can afford it. It is very sturdy, easy to use, and totally designed with baby's comfort in mind (padded straps, very soft, buckle cover ect)

I have the Britax Marathon and the Evenflo Triumph. I like the Marathon 100x's better and think it is worth the extra money.

Do you have a problem with your babies head tipping forward? I am thinking that maybe my husband installed it wrong because I don't have that problem with the Marathon.

I didn't have a problem with that at all... was the recline set correctly? There are 3 different levels (maybe 4 I can't remember)

I have the Britax Marathon for both my kids and have no complaints at all. I think its a great carseat. And so plush, God Bless their little tushies. Im glad I got the Marathon instead of the Roundabout due to size. My son is 3 now and still fits great in it where he'd definitely be too big if I had purchased the Roundabout. And hes too young for a booster so I'd be investing in another carseat. With the Marathon they can stay in it till 65 lbs (although I cant picture a 65 lb kid wanting to be in a carseat). Many kids are over the usual 40 lb weight limit for most carseats before they are ready for a booster so its definitely a consideration. My timing is good though, by the time Baby #3 is ready for a convertible, Luke will be ready for a booster so I wont need to purchase another.

I have both the Evenflo Triumph and the Cosco Alpha Omega Elite and like them both. And they were a lot cheaper than the Britax and decently rated on Consumer Reports...

Another Britax Marathon user here. I love it, I've used others for babysitting and with my brothers kids and there is a definite difference (no tangled straps was my bg thing!)
