Anybody have any 'get movtivated' tips?
I cannot get motivated to do ANYTHING. My parents are coming to visit this weekend and I HAVE to clean... While my apartment isn't dirty... it's definitly not up to my mothers standards and I don't want to hear about how I live in a dump 
I have to do all sorts of errands, have stuf from ikea to put up and I just continue to sit in front of the computer.
I cannot get motivated to do anything. Help!

i think to myself that any movement i do with my body helps me burn calories
like if im putting off doing the laundry b.c its in the basement, ill tell myself- get yo fat *** moving and do the laundry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and it usually works
today i didnt want to go to the gym this morning...i yelled at myself to go- and it worked!
just yell at yourself. make yourself feel bad. then you will move and get things done!
also-plan a reward...like, if you get this or that done, you will treat yourself to a pedicure or something..

I noticed when I have so much "stuff" to do...I find myself on the computer. I have to actually log off and just do it.
