There are kiosks on the first floor. One is by the Disney Store. The other one is in the other main hallway I think by the Nine West store.

I believe you get them at the customer service booth located on the first floor, I don't remember what stores it is near though.

Keep in mind that you have to pay an additional fee to get the mall gift card & if the recipient checks the balance - they CHARGE them 25 cents!

I got one for my brother and one for BIL. Since it's a Visa card they charge an extra $2. But if you bring it to the kiosk they don't charge to lookup the balance, nor do they charge if you look it up yourself online. THey only charge if you call in to get the balance.
The good thing is since it's a Visa card, they can use it anywhere, for gas or groceries or whatever, not just in the mall.

the card is $2 and you don't get charged for balance checking in the mall or online. Only if you call the 800# in the back of the card

I would skip the trip to Roosevelt field - it is crazy these days and get it down the street at the Source (fortunoff mall) which is also a simon mall.
Honestly I would get an American express gift card - my family gives these to me all the time and I love them - once you activate (take 2 sec 1-800 phone call) you can use it anywhere - and if it is lost they can replace themhttp://www10.americanexpress.com/sif/cda/page/0,1641,22148,00.asp?us_nu=leftnav

Actually...that isnt true either, I work at that booth.
Its a $2 fee for the card, good anywhere VISA is accepted, nationwide and its good for 2yrs. Checking ur balance can be w/the 800 # for FREE!
I have to admit that this season brings linebad and last yr was a lot worse.Its been a little busy, ur best time to come is closer to the mall closing, 10:30pm or so. We are located by in front of Disney in the Macys Court and that booth is there for the holidays.
ETA: the booth by H&M and Guess is not selling gift cards..its the info booth.

When I bought mine at the Source they specifically said that the 800# is the only way you get charged, if you go into the info booth at the mall or check online it's free. Ugh, it's so confusing!
