Dear Ice Cream Man
My kids have waited for you from the minute we got home. We're a corner house - and you whiz by to make the turn. My son begged to just hold the money in his hand in case you came by again. He ate his dinner with 2 dollars in his hand "just in case" you came back.
It's 9pm. I put them to bed at 7:30pm -and they've gotten up every 10 minutes for drinks of water, followed by the potty parade, ending with "I forgot to give you one more kiss." You are now PARKED in FRONT OF MY HOUSE with the MUSIC ON??
If they wake up, I'm spraying the hose right through your little window & stealing every last strawberry shortcake.

Ours comes at like 10pm! It is crazy.
Maybe next time you need to tell the guy "Listen, we're not gonna buy from you every day, but if you're gonna come by do it between 6-7:30 PM and DRIVE SLOW!"

Aww..come by me tomorrow..we have 4 ice cream men..no joke..4 different ice cream men that come around the block from 5-8pm. I swear DH and I were hysterical the other day because two were on the block at the same time..it was Mr. Softy vs. The local guy..they kept lapping each other on the block..and then came the Good Humor man from the other direction!!!

We have about threee different trucks that come by almost every 30-40 minutes.
