Ugh, I feel so sick lately.

Not overwhelmingly sick, but like, I can't go to the supermaket because it makes me feel nauseous, I can't go in the kitchen because it makes me feel nauseous, I can't go to a restaurant, etc. Everything having to do wiht food makes me feel really gross. Not like I'm actually going to toss my cookies, but I just feel overall BLEH when I have to think about food. ANd it's a double edge sword because then when I don't eat, I feel even worse.

It will pass just hang in there. My first tri was rough because I wasn't nauseous enough to puke just enough for it to be constantly annoying and exhausting.

I can't wait for the vomiting and morning sickness to be over I gag at everything but I still can eat I can't go in my kitchen either. I have to cover my nose and then run out before I gag

This is exactly how I was. Gatorade!!! Was my savor!! My magic elexer. I wouldn't have been able to get through the day without it. I never puked much either, but just felt miserable 24/7 for about a month. I also stayed away from restaurants, take out places because of all the smells.

Hang in there, it will be over soon! Just remember it's for a good cause!

I found that citrus (lemonade) and salt (chips) helped em sooooo much!!!---hope you feel better !!!

Sips of water constantly helped me. Just repeat "hormones are stabilizing..hormones are stabilizing"...you have only a little bit more of it till the next part starts aching.

I feel the same way! I swear I jynxed myself telling everyone I feel great. At about 8 weeks it just hit me and I AM tossing my cookies. I can handle it, but I just hope I don't get sick going to meetings with my boss who doesn't know, or in the middle of a meeting with a client! Feel better!

The only thing that makes me feel better is knowing it's all worth it in the end, but when you're hungry AND nauseaus and ready to cry, that thought doesn't always help

Corinne, I was supposed to go to my regular doc yesterday, but then they called to say I'd have to see the male doctor there that I've never seen before, and I just told them to cancel. I did not feel comfortable having my first appointment with some 30yr old male, internist and discussing my morning sickness. I'll just have to wait till my ob appt. on the 29th.
I just hope I can eat on Thanksgiving

hey that 30 year old doctor doesnt sound to bad. haha you'll be fine for thanksgiving dont eat the turkey it will make u tired.

that's the way I was....not overly naseaous and didn't yack....just I'd get in this mood where I didn't want to eat or see food. You'll get through it!
