I was going to say, as posted above, that the laws are different in the UK, but 15 does seem young to be offically allowed to drink.
ETA:
Age Limits
Not everyone can drink beer legally in the UK - there's a minimum age limit as to when you can start buying alcohol. But this limit isn't clear cut.

If you're in a restaurant you can have a glass with a meal at the age of 14.

At 16 you can drink shandy1 in pubs.
*
At 18 you can start buying alcohol legally in pubs.

The first pic looks like she is eating, so that's ok & the second pic looks like it is in a private home, which I don't think there are laws about.
More details:
In the UK any person over 5 years old is allowed to consume alcohol within their own home- although one must be 16 to be able to drink beer or wine ,with a meal, when supervised by an adult, outside the home, and 18 to drink entirely unsupervised outside the home.

Dont you only have to be 18 to drink where she lives?
It's like a 19 year old here drinking...
She's in high school - how many kids in HS drink here? How many of us drank in HS?
Only difference is, no one ever wanted to take pictures of us and post them on the internet!

I was drinking when I was 15. I think the media is forgetting that 1) She's from the UK where the drinking laws are different and 2) She's not 11 anymore!
