I do get in those moods! Especially lately with the whole TTC thing. I find the wine works best, it mellows me out and the next morning I am much better.

Yes... wine, wone, and more wine.
I also have to agree on a hot bath. Two years ago I had an awful week (4 of my students got into an awful car crash where one died) and that Friday I was angry, upset and emotionally fried. I ran a bath, and jept a bottle of Cabernet next to me. One bottle and almost two hours later I was somewhat ready to greet the world again.
Just grab a bottle and a straw.
