For those who are selling your homes and wondering whether to go with an RE or yourself..

I would highly rec to sell it on your own. I just wanted to share that my stepbrother just sold his house in Seaford- he advertised in Newsday on sunday for 3 weeks and his house sold. No RE or fees to pay. and the best part is they got asking price which I thought was too high but there is a buyer for every home I guess. Even with the market flooded as the RE agents are stating, you can still sell your home on your own and have that money for yourself! Good luck!!!

oh and she had a mrs smith apple pie baking everytime they did their open house on sundays. for that sweet smelling aroma. No candles or cookies to give out just the pie cooking smell.
