really wierd feeling...TMI
down there...
Ive been having alot more pressure lately.. but this is so strange...
I got these sharp shotting pains in my "area"...I aways feel like I have to #2 (sorry tmi), I would sear I was getting my pd cuz of cramping, and I almost feel like the baby is laying sideways between my hips and just pushing... even my legs hurt...
These past couple of weeks..have not been a good experience for me...I told me DR.. and she kinda just cuts me off saying its all normal... I dont think she cares...
Anyone else..???

I had those pains also with my first pregnancy. You're carrying pretty low like I did and as the baby gets bigger unfortunately the pressure can get worse  Its just the peanut rolling around and having fun playing in your pelvic cavity.
I found that yoga, stretching and walking a bit helped to relieve some of the pressure.

Well....Ill be 34 weeks tomorrow... however EVERY sono has measured a week plus a couple of days more than that...
We've never been sure about my due date...because I was on the pill.. and in January I got my pd. but much earlier than it was supposed to come and for a much shorter period of time...
So we were never sure if the baby was concieved in the end of Dec. or January..
However my sono..put me delivering in Oct. (so we counted that as a pd.)
So basically who knows!!
Somewhere between 34 and 35 weeks...I guess...
Its so wierd... I cant begin to explain the countless amount of people who have told me Ive dropped SOOOO much the past 2 days...
Does that usually say anything about your labor?

Not really.... I had that type of pressure for the last 5 weeks of my pg. I was a week late. Hang in there.... it's almost over!

The OB is right, it's all very common towards the end of the pregnancy. Either the baby is putting pressure down on your cervix or you are starting to get the shooting pains associated with the cervix thinning/dilating. I might add that last time I had this along with contractions on and off for 4 weeks and still never went in to labor until I was induced at just shy of 41 weeks (starting signs of toxemia.) This time everything is happening so much earlier...I'm sure I'll still go late.

I get that ALL the time now! I've dropped too and my dr has said it's the baby laying on nerves along there. (the head being down low and all) - sounds normal!!!
