the cable just went down in my neighborhood, im in queens and big brother starts in 25 minutes, i am so pi$$ED

Yep, I was just sitting there, saying, "but I can still pull up the menu...." DH disconnected and reconnected and now there's nothing

Ours went out for a couple of minutes and now we are just getting basic cable with no menu.

I am in queens and my TWC went out. I reset the box and now the time came back and I can access the stuff recorded in DVR but the menu is "no data" across the boards
This is what I pay $180 a month for??

yep ours went out for a bit - its back but it does not display the show name when you go to the channels
