What are your Fave Store Brands when grocery shopping?
I food shop at Walmart most of the time (it's a food store down here).
The things that I find are pretty darn good:
Great Value-Walmarts store brand:
pasta
their version of Dove soap
oatmeal
chocolate & vanilla sandwich cookies ($1.50 a package!) and their chocolate shortbread cookies (the have the fudge on one side and the stripes on the other).
Sams Choice drinks-cran-grape and the powdered lemonade are good
their frozen veggies and fries/tater tots ($1.25 a bag!) and canned veggies
napkins and paper towels if they are the cheapest

Can't to move to Va. to shop there too!!!!! I love Super Walmart!
I Love:
I don't buy anything store brand  I just don't seem to find anything. The only thing I have gotten store brand are Cereal bars.

DH tells me I'm a snob when it comes to grocery shopping. The only thing I buy that are store brands are:
Cans of tomato sauce, diced/whole tomatoes
red and black beans
frozen veggies (carrots, green beans, peas, mixes veggies)

I too dont really love store brand things but I do find that target brand is ok and I buy there paper towels and baby wipes.

I buy store brand items but only certain things.....I would basically get most things besides mayo, salad dressing, orange juice, etc. Things like that in both Pathmark and Waldbaums.

I can buy store brand ketchup, mustard, milk, frozen foods and that's about it. I won't buy store brand soda or mayo. Some things have to stay the same...even when trying to save money.

I forgot that! I buy my sauce making stuff store brand too!

canned white pottoes are better store brand del monte are too big i like small to serve with a roast, i also buy store brand bleach and store brand rolls for hamburgers and hotdogs especially for large amounts of people. i use to never buy anything store brand but anywhere i can save money now i do it but there are just a few things like orange juice that have to be tropicana

I mainly shop at Waldbaums and I love some their stuff, they have two lines, the less expensive "America's Choice" and then "Master Choice" which is better
I like America's Choice lite english muffins (1 pt)
Master Choice Peanut Butter and Salsa, and a few other things
I usually try the store brand stuff when its on sale (so it's really cheap) and I try to incorporate it if I like to to save some $$
