get Aveeno lotion!!!
i wash my hands about 30 times a day, and this keeps them moisturized better than anything else i've tried (also- drink tons of water to keep them well hydrated).
i feel your pain!!

I agree with Aveeno Lotion I use it also and it does wonders for my hands too.

the one that does wonders for me is the one that has aloe in it!
