I Cramped yesterday but bloated today!
For my cramps: microwave a wet bath towel in a plastic baggie for about 20 seconds and place the bag on your tummy.

Advil or Motrin will do the trick along with a nice hot bath or drink something warm.

3 motrin and 15 minutes

fyi - i started the pill for the first time in 3 years..loestrin 24..my doc told me that i would get my pd for 3 days....i was like- yea right  my cycle has suckked on every pill- well - its the start of month #1- NO CRAMPS PERIOD FOR 3 DAYS then day 4- POOF- its GONE
it was amazing
just wantd to share- i was really really really bad cramp sufferer where it would debilitate me for hours and days....i am sooo happy i found something that killed all of my agony..
