Pics of our house as of November 13th 2005
This weekend my father in law finished up the crown moulding, and my brother in law did more work on the bathroom tile. The bathroom just needs the floor to be tiled and all the grout to be done.
We finally started painting the Ceilings...

Thanks - Yes the sliders really make a difference in the back of the house - before it looked so bland with just a window there

Yes my brother in law does great tile work.
As of yesterday all the ceilings are painted with exception of the bathroom and the rear bedroom. The bathroom is still being tiled, and the rear bedroom is for storage. That will be the last room done.
Painting ceilings is the worst. Today I am going to prime all the walls.

The house looks amazing, you have done some great work. In the back room, where you put the sliding glass doors - what did you do about the heating (registers)?

We had a plumber dig a trench in the cement and install a heating pipe into the ground...and put cement over the trench...
So basically on the end on one side of the door the pipe goes under the cement and comes out of the cement on the other side of the door.
Costs between $300 and $400 to do.
I'm glad we did it because there is an amazing difference with the sliders then what the room looked like when it was just a window

Scott, I love it!!!! Did you use a miter saw to do the trim on the walls, and what color red is that? I love it! Very dark and warm!!!

My father in law was the one that cut all the moulding. I believe he used a table saw - and the color is BEHR Velvety Merlot
