Restaurant Recomendations in East Northport
DH is taking me out to dinner tomorrow for my birthday...I was thinking of German.
Anyone recommendations for a good German place in the East Northport area?

The only German place I've heard good things about is the Smithtown House on Main St. in Smithtown.
Not too far from E Npt!  Have a great birthday

Other than Pumpernickel's which I haven't been to since I was a kid, I dont' know any German restaurants.

Pumpernickles (sp?) is in Northport, I believe.
I went there once - pretty good!
There's also the Bavarian Inn in Ronkonkama

Pumpernickel's on 25A in Northport is the only I know of.
It's pretty good.

Pumpernickels....Yummy. I have been going there since I was a kid and it has always been good. Fred's is German too but not nearly as yummy.
