The day I arrive is the 8th. I land at around noon and my boss told me that is my day to do what I like. Get to know the hotel, walk around, get something to eat. So I hope to enjoy the festival that day.
The 9th I am in business all day. We are starting at 7am  and then will be with vendors all day and doing paperwork. My boss said be prepared to work till midnight 
The 10th is going to be vendor day and the 11th should be mostly wrap up and not as bad because I leave on the 12th. So I am hoping to be able to go on the 8th and 11th

I have stayed at the opryland hotel.
My favorite thing was the revolving bar in the middle., they have THE BEST strawberry Daqeries..They put mounds of whipped creme on top..
