I have a senior management position with a non-profit so everything has to be put into a proposal to the board. I'm working on my maternity leave proposal AND will be asking that when I return to work, I return to only 3 days in-office and 2 days from home. Does anyone have a similar proposal they would be willing to share? You can FM me. I'm usually really good with these things but for some reason I'm at a loss for what to say.
