OH! I've been meaning to post, thank you and result of all who helped me

I realize after the fact that I should have posted this on the home board in the first place, but I wanted to thank you all who helped me which was on this board when I posted about the realtor situation

The end result was that we couldnt agree! We wound up bringing in the family friend one more time and then the next day we saw a different realtor who had *just* sold the 2 bedroom apt in our building for 575k. We signed the new realtor right there on the spot since we both liked her so much after we negotiated her commission down to 5%. She wanted 6% and the others wanted 4 or 4.5% in the previous post. Thanks to your suggestions, I offered her a sliding commission and then she eventually said she would just do the 5%.

Anyway, so here it is, I can proudly say its FINALLY on the market and thank you guys so much for your help getting there! If it wasnt for the commission suggestions...well you get the idea.

eta. she really wanted the commission so she put it at 309k even though we want it at 299k. I guess I should wait a week or 2 before we move it down, but anyway that was her thing. Well if I give you 5%, I hope you can agree to price it how I want. (Ok whatever)
