Came home from work today.
I was seeing spots all morning, and had a bad headache, so I asked the nurse at my school to take my blood pressure. It was a lot higher than it normally is, so I called my doctor. He said it's still in the normal range, but he was concerned I may be dehydrated. So he told me to go home and lay down and drink fluids. I feel so crappy today

Sorry your feeling so crappy, but do what the dr says and just relax. Your not going to get many relaxing days in the months to come. Feel better sweetie

Rach- the same thing happened to me.... I passed out... and it was all from dehydration... I always drink plenty of water, and juice...so it made no sense to me.
It gets to the point that you feel everything is being blamed on not drinking enough....but it true..... your water intake is sooooo important....
