No summer school for me
My Dr. said yesterday that he does not want me doing summer school, ebcause he wants me out of work by 28-30 weeks.
I asked if he will let me at least go in the first few days of work, so I can get my 40 paid sick days. Now Im so stressed, and was hoping to make a little $$$ over the summer

i know w/ twins they want you out early. my last day will be next friday, i'll be 27 weeks.

I know that is hard, I am still waiting to see if I am getting paid any maternity and I am stresses out about it. It is for the best and the health of your little boys, do you think you can get a medical leave absence letter from your dr. maybe? It is worth a try.

I will try to see fi he will let me go on disability...not sure. I go back in 2 weeks.

Summer school counts against your days in your district?
I did summer school for years but I couldn't imagine doing it preggo (and with twins). I'm sorry you're so disappointed.
If you were to do it even for a few days could your principal get you a room with ac just to make your life a little more comfortable? Some principals tend to be accomodating in certain situations.
