I know I do, but that may be because my agency follows a school schedule for holidays.

Anyone else?

Do you work for commerce. Seriously no beef... but I wouldn't want to work for a bank like that I could have stayed in retail Chat Icon

yes, but I dont work in the branches so I work regular mon-fri hours.

but if we work a holiday, like memorial day, we work a short day bc nobody is here, like 9-12...then I get to use a vacation day another time for a full day. so i dont mind at all!

Yikes,

Its cool you arent in the branch though. I almost took a job for jetblue. The more I thought about it though having to work all holidays including christmas wasn't for me. Plus you always start out working night shifts I wouldn't want to be a newlywed and do that and when I start a family I wouldn't want to ork on christmas. The only cool things free air Chat Icon

I have friends that work for JetBlue - they seem to like it, but you are right about the industry.

I worked in the branches during college - so I didnt mind working weekends bc I had off during the week for school. but I wouldnt want to do it now!
