Looking for ottoman-- more to be used as a ottoman, but also coffee table-ish
Decided we wanted something for our little den. Want to spend less than $100 as it is not a necessity, just a nice to have.
Any ideas on where to look??
I have checked out Ikea, Pier 1, CB 2 and West Elm-- nothing quite right or too much $$$.
We are not looking for something that's big-- definitely more on the smaller side. Here's a pic of the room... we got rid of the glass coffee table and now we just have a side table.

I have been looking for one also- I want round and didn't want to spend more then $200
and I can't find one anywhere....
everytime Jake puts his feet on the coffee table I hear and see it getting closer to breaking!

I think you shouldn't have a problem-- did you check out CB 2 or West Elm?

thanks for looking-- but I am looking for a fabric or leather ottoman that can also double as a coffee table with a tray or something.

The Macy's furniture store had a ton of those types of ottomans in their clearance section last year (sorry I can't tell you more recent, but that was the last time I went)

We bought one at Jennifer Convertibles... actually you can kind of see it in one of my "need advice" posts. I can't for the life of me remember how much it cost, but I don't think it was that much...

try homegoods
you can get 2 of those cube things for cheap
they also have suede long ottomans that can double as coffee tables
as long as you dont get leather, you should be good spending $100

I would say Home Goods too, TJ Maxx (believe it or not), Walmart and Target.

FH got one at BB&B for abuot $50, but it was smaller - they may have larger ones! (and it had a cover on it, so you can store blankets and stuff in it - and flip over the top and its a wodden tray)

we have a nice one we got at raymour and flanigan, but I don't remember how much it was... I am pretty sure it was more than you are looking to spend, but they might have others that are more inexpensive. How about Target? We have gotten some nice sutff there.

The wood grain shows very nicely (you cant see it well in the pic) and I switch out the pillows/cushions according to my decor/mood
