So I decided today
I am joining WW, and going to my first meeting tommorow.
I found an old picture of myself, and damn, I gained weight. I used to be a hottie, now Im nottie.
Makes me sick how I let myself go. I really need to lose 15 lbs.

I love WW! I was never able to stick to any type of diet- EVER. I was able to do WW, and lost 25 pounds. Granted, I did work out 4x week, but my mom and SIL had great results and neither of them worked out. I lost 5.6 lbs. my first week, my mom lost 6.7!
Warning though- you will be very hungry for the first week or so. It WILL get better, I swear. Once you know proper portion control, you'll find you'll start grabbing for foods that are lower in points but also fill you up (e.g. healthier foods).
Also, stay away from WW products- they are expensive and you can find essentiallythe same things in other brands. For example, I LOVED the WW breakfast bars, but at 5 buck per package, it was too $$$. Kelloggs makes the same thing, but half the price. Just use that points slider whenever you go shopping.
Sorry this is so long- but I just love this program because it's easy to follow AND you are allowed to "cheat" without feeling guilty.

i think that ww is soooo good. this is the only "diet" that helped me and that i could stay on. i lost 35 pounds 3 years ago and have kept if off. the meetings really help, you get some good tips from other members which i really liked.
