So I was watching
Ellen today- and she said that recently NYC was rated the nicest/kindest city...
I was telling DH this and he didnt believe me- and I cant find anything to back it up...
Was this a joke that totally flew over my head?(I swear she was serious) Or do you know where I can find proof?
