How much do you pay to dry clean a suit?
the place I went to on Saturday charged $9... I thought that was kind of high  then again... it's been a while since I wore a suit & had it cleaned.

It was $9 to clean a dress that had way less material than the suit. Thats where the rip off is- in women's clothing.

so true! why is it $1.20 for a man's dress shirt and $4 for a woman's?

so true! why is it $1.20 for a man's dress shirt and $4 for a woman's?
I asked my dry cleaner that same question and they said they can't put the women's shirts on the same press as men's so they have to press it by hand..... suuuure...
And 6.50 for a dress that's the same size as DH's shirts!!!!!!
I'm gonna open a dry cleaner!!!!!!

$8.50..men's shirts are laundered and women's shirts are dry cleaned due to the material most likely.
We do a lot of dry cleaning so the dry cleaner gives us 10% off most orders.

I'm embarassed to admit that our dry cleaners charge us $13.50.  They're the best dry cleaners around (in CT), but it's insane how much they charge, especially for women's clothes. We've tried other places nearby, but they don't do nearly as good of a job as this place.
