Yesterdays doctors appointment
SO I had my OB appt yesterday and my doctor said my uterus is BIG and measuring at about 34 weeks!  Anyone hear of this? I'm only 29.5 weeks.

I never heard of it- but that doesn't mean anything. Did your doctor tell you what it meant?

I know Im confused! Back in my 1st trimester my dr. told me I had a very large uterus...that I was just one of the "lucky ones"...she was being sarcastic.
I've just never heard of this.

Me too. What does it mean?
No and she was in such a rush yesterday that I didnt get to ask her. Once when I got home did I start really thinking about it and thinking about if it had anything to do with the contgractions I was having.

If you have a large uterus then that might be it. I wouldn't be worried or anything. The baby just has plenty of room to develop and grow. If you are concerned- call your doctor or do a search on the internet.

I am thinking the same thing....baby is 29.5 weeks but will have less cramped conditions
