Good therapy when upset...
i've been a little down/upset about my grandmother this week. i went and bought myself somethings today. i felt good to by myself something. of course my grandmother is in the back of my mind

Sometimes it helps to just wander around the store, I don't even have to buy anything. Or I love to walk on the beach, appreciate the scenery.

When I am down it's hard to get the motivation to actually get to the store- but if I force myself, I always find that it helps so much to buy some clothes or something.
Gets your mind off your worries for a little while!
