Job Title: Financial Analyst

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Production and distribution of monthly and ad hoc global financial reports for all levels of Shared Services management, which will include:
§ Monthly reporting/analysis of IT financial data for FA&O and Equity.
§ Provide product line managers with cost drivers
§ Preparation of Month and YTD product line variance analysis
§ Conduct monthly meetings with product line managers to review monthly expenses with specific recommendations on how to reduce and manage their expenses.
§ Understanding of cost drivers and budget/forecast variances including qualitative analysis, with the ability to communicate this understanding to senior management in review sessions.
§ Manage budget and forecast process for respective product line managers, which incorporate projects, headcount and other controllable expense assumptions.
§ Special projects when necessary

Skills/Experience:

§ Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required
§ Essbase experience
§ Web-based reporting a plus
§ 3-5 years financial analysis and management reporting
§ High level of attention to detail
§ Flexible work approach, presence and ability to influence peers and seniors
§ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in the organization.
§ Management experience a plus



Education:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
§ CPA preferred but not required to perform daily responsibilities
