Great Read!!
I am in the middle of a great book for anyone TTC, parenting or just a female in general. It is called "Taking Charge of your Fertility" and I am so glad I bought this book. I cannot wait to start TTC and use all the things I have already learned in this book. It is by Toni Weschler for anyone interested.

I remember when Deb told me about the book , I think I told her the same exact thing Lauren.. that I am making that book required reading for my daughter someday!
Its a phenominal book, it took me 35 years to REALLY understand my body when I read that book!

It is an awesome book. And I agree about it being required reading. It is the most informative book about our bodies that I have ever read!
