my mil dosent think i should get real tree, because she thinks its bad since its been outside...and the baby could be allergic...
Should I be concerned???

I've never heard of anyone getting mites from a Christmas Tree, but I suppose anything is possible.
Next she will forbid you from ordering in take out food because there might be roaches in the bag.

Not baby related -but no flowers are allowed in oncology wards for that reason..germs.
Stick with your pediatrician's advice on germs.

Ok then I guess I am a bad bad bad mother and have child services called on me cuz marissa was 3 months old last christmas and I had a real tree.

I know hospitals don't allow flowers often but the tree thing is a little ridiculous. I mean people say some strange things sometimes, don't they?
