So I had my first PT appt. today...
Looks like I will be starting out at 2x's a week.. for the first two weeks to physically evaluate how severe my SI joints are..
I am so uncomfortable from being poked and prodded all day today.. I know it will feel better once the PT seriously begins, but somethings gotta give.
I can only cross my fingers and pray that none of you ever have to feel this pain.. I am only about halfway through.. i am dreading the next 20 weeks..  Please keep me in ur thoughts..

Im so sorry to hear this, actually while I am writing you my back pain is acting up again and I had to sit down and take a break - i feel like im going to break in two and cry.
The therapy will help you, its going to be a sacrifice for the next half of the pregnancy - but it will be worth it.
Im going to meet with my doctor and Monday and see what he prefers me to do with my back pain - in the meantime - im sending you lots of hugs to feel better
