I fell today at Kmart...
My cart fell over everything went flying (including my open pocketbook) and I fell into a huge puddle. Only one person came to help me and it was a minute or so after it happened. I clearly look PG and even if I wasn't I can't believe no one was coming to help me. I would definetly help someone else.
There were about 10 people standing around.
I just had to vent And to boot now my back is killing me

that stinks! things like that happen to me too! I can't believe that no one helped but sometimes people are too stunned??? (ok, reaching here!)

You poor thing I hope you feel better. Make sure you let your doctor know what happened so they can check you out and make sure everything is ok.

I can believe no one helped you! with lawsuits galore and fear of getting robbed people dont help people anymore- even when they fall. such a shame,  I hope you are ok.

I fell a few times while pregnant (I'm clumbsy to begin with and having the huge belly just made it worse) and usually I'm embarassed and don't want people to help but it really baffles me when it happens to a pregnant woman and noone helps her.
I hope you and the little one are okay and that it doesnt happen again. I hope your back feels better.
